Mr. Khor is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom), a CPA with The Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Singapore, a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an associate member of Malaysian Institute of Taxation and an affiliate member of Certified Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.

Mr. Khor has over 18 years of working experience in the field of corporate finance, financial reporting, investment advisory, corporate governance, corporate and financial restructuring, HR and general administration. He worked as group financial controller in 3 different listed companies prior to founding the Group. Mr. Khor obtained his MBA from University of Leicester. He was a freelance lecturer in commercial schools and currently an associate lecturer in a trade association in Singapore.
